Leading with Integrity and Intention
Leadership can be a daily challenge of rectifying mistakes, redirecting people, and reviewing status. But the heart of leadership is the reward of moving your organization forward and developing your employees as a result of your own proficient guidance.
Do you have a desire to significantly enrich your leadership capabilities? Join us to learn how, in 5 weekly sessions that will explore:
- Unearthing: Defining and articulating the 5 core values you practice most at work
- Influencing: Using your authenticity and emotional intelligence to build trust and inspire others
- Attuning: Shaping cultures in business that attract and engage us
- Being Courageous: Questioning reality in challenging situations
- Evolving: Maintaining poise through disruption
- Integrating: Becoming the embodiment of the Values-Based Leader
What’s different about this training?
It infuses your core values – who you essentially are – into your leadership practice.
This program will include reflection and assessment to identify your leadership strengths and the key components that have made you successful so far. By articulating your principles, you will have the opportunity to intentionally integrate those into specific leadership competencies.
A weekly series of five (5) half-day sessions, with space in-between to allow for integration and implementation. Each half-day includes hands-on exercises and real-world discussions to apply development skills relevant to you. With a participative format, the roundtable environment allows for dialog between participants, encouraging collegiality and open idea-generation.
