Your energy is tied to your productivity. It would be nice if you could just control your energy! But you know that lots of things affect it. Where to start?

Feeling like a blob? OR or like Superman? How well does your physical fitness work to help you and your endurance? Does it add to your productivity or take away and which factors of it help or hinder?
Do your moods and emotions drive you? If so, this is likely in a derailing fashion, which can stink. Having ups and downs in moods will definitely make the day longer. Consider how certain situations may be more likely to trigger these.
Those fuzzy days …. that’s your brain power waning. Take a look at what factors may be contributing to your sharpness, including dietary, as well as intellectual stimulation. Plan you day to better leverage the positive activities.
You may be a people person, but there are likely people that deplete your protoplasm. Hone in on the ones that replenesh you and schedule a little time with them more regularly.
